About Me
I am a sociologist who specializes in housing and homelessness, inequality, organizations, and cities. My scholarship focuses on how institutional norms and leadership practices in the nonprofit and social service sectors impact the well-being of homeless, precariously housed, and low-income populations in urban America.
Currently, I am a postdoctoral College Fellow in the Department of Sociology at Harvard University. I earned a PhD in sociology from the same institution. I will be on the academic job market this fall (2026).
